NITI in Retrospect: Fish

At some point during the early development of weaver, dcoombs gave me some sage advice:

When you're buying frozen, breaded fish, you should only buy the fish in a box that shows the fillet sliced open so you can see the fish inside, not just the breading. Any fish vendor that won't show you a photo of the fish itself is hiding something.

And this advice is works perfectly every time: frozen breaded fish that only shows the breading on the box is universally gross; frozen breaded fish that shows the insides is universally tasty (although some brands are tastier than others, of course).

I'm sure you can think of numerous ways to tie this advice back to starting a business, so I won't bore you with the details. Remember, the fish is a symbol. Of some sort.
